What is the job about

The quality technician will work under system management and product and process standards inspect products and processes develop quality control systems and determine corrective actions. You will also work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures. This position will be placed in Mlaga.

What will you do

• Plan implement and update quality control mechanisms according to the internal procedures. Plans and specifications.
• Generate quality and environmental documents and maintain and enforce the procedures of the quality and environmental systems ensuring that the products and services meet the standards (electronics systems).
• Suppliers quality management.
• APQP DFMEA PFMEA Control Plan MSA Statistical Process Control.
• Analysis of the tools to be calibrated or verified. Internal instructions for calibrations and/or verifications.
• Carry out a followup of the Quality objectives established for the product and process.
• Audit finished products or manufactured parts to ensure that they follow current regulations and preestablished quality standards. Reject all products and materials which do not meet the quality requirements.
• Internal and external System Management Audits.
• Verify and homologate the incoming material. Measure product dimensions examine functionality and compare the product to the specifications.
• Identify technical problems and recommend corrections.

What profile are we looking for

Mandatory:

• At least 4 years of experience in automotive or aerospace companies electronics and/or mechanical quality processes and products.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as data sheets drawings and bills of materials.
• Proficient in MS Office (or similar) and other software applications.
• Intermediate English level.

Valuable:

• Certificate of Higher Education in electronics or similar.
• Manage internal and external audits (POA MOA PECAL Nadcap..)
• REACH and RoHS regulation (Compliance Data for Components) knowledge.
• Knowledge about material counterfeit and conflict minerals.
• IPC 610 and 620 knowledge.
• PRL understanding.
