Quality Manager

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality management systems
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team
• Establish quality standards and procedures
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
• Resolve qualityrelated issues and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements
• Manage and analyze quality data and reports
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards
• Train staff on quality procedures and best practices
• Participate in new product development and launch processes
• Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary improvements
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management
• Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization
• Stay updated on industry best practices and quality trends

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Quality Management)
• Proven experience in a quality management role
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and systems (e.g. ISO FDA regulations)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean)
• Ability to interpret and analyze data to drive quality improvements
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in quality management (e.g. CMQ/OE CQM CQE) preferred
• Experience in conducting audits and managing compliance
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools
• Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality results
• Knowledge of supply chain quality management principles
