We have a 3-year on-site Quality Manager contract opportunity in Sacramento, California. This contract may be extended for an additional 2 years. Our client may authorize some remote work. The anticipated start date is in February 2023.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with detailed knowledge and experience of project management services. The Quality Manager will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of our Clients' project quality management activities. The Quality Manager shall be responsible for all duties related to leading the quality management aspects of a project, per the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years as a Quality Manager on a project with a budget of $5 million or more.
  • Experience developing two Quality Management Plans. The candidate must provide one Quality Management Plan that has been developed by the candidate.
  • 3 years as a lead facilitator over processes to develop and manage quality metrics.

Desirable Qualifications

  • 2 years serving as a Quality Manager on a project (not a portfolio) of at least $10 million.
  • 2 years serving as a Quality Manager on a project for a public-sector client on a project (not a portfolio) of at least $10 million. (Can be the same project as the previous Desirable Qualification.)
