Essential:

• Must have a qualification in a scientific discipline
  
• 3 years plus Experience in a similar role
  
• Experience in FMGS and Leading a Team
  
• Knowledge of IFS, Organic
  
• HACCP certified and strong HACCP and regulatory skills
  

Duties:

• Serve as an advocate of our food safety culture
  
• Ensure that the Quality Department is properly organised, staffed and trained to meet and achieve plant and departmental goals
  
• Lead audits and comply with BRC standards
  
• Maintain, improve, and develop systems to support the companys Food Safety Programmes
  
• Ensure compliance with Irish and EU
  
• Responsible for internal audits and assisting in corrective actions when necessary
