TBest Services Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Quality Manager for our client in Elkridge MD.
Our client is a leader in providing high quality electromechanical solutions. This role is focused on overseeing the quality assurance processes to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance within the electromechanical manufacturing sector.

The Quality Manager will be instrumental in leading the Quality Assurance department developing and implementing quality assurance policies and driving continuous improvement to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team manage quality inspection processes and contribute to the success of our clients operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee the quality inspection team to ensure that products consistently meet the established quality standards.
- Facilitate regular quality assessments and audits to maintain compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality inspection tools and equipment.
- Act as the primary quality contact for the client participating in management meetings and reporting on quality metrics and initiatives.
- Champion continuous improvement efforts using quality metrics to drive improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a Quality Manager role with a strong background in the electromechanical manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO) and quality management systems.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools and a solid understanding of engineering blueprints and specifications.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
