Tasks
responsible for the quality management of a small structurals business unit
this person would be over 12 direct reports 5 Quality Engineers a handful of technicians
this site is AS9100 NadCap ITAR ISO and AS13100 facility
this person would be the strategic/tactical person to give leadership development guidance to the senior and junior people
drive CI projects compliance nonconformance issues to ensure that they are producing quality products
this is a highly visible site
Requirements
- 57 years in a strong leadership position aerospace or automotivesome metal part bachelors degree is highly preferredwants a technical degree
