Job Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled Quality Management Control Systems Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing maintaining and continuously improving their quality management control systems to ensure the delivery of highquality recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality management control systems and procedures to optimize recruitment processes.
   
2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing quality control measures and identify areas for improvement.
   
3. Conduct regular audits and reviews of recruitment processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
   
4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends patterns and areas of improvement in recruitment performance.
   
5. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
   
6. Provide training and support to recruitment teams on quality management principles procedures and tools.
   
7. Develop and maintain documentation related to quality management control systems including policies procedures and work instructions.
   
8. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in quality management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
   

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field.
   
2. 35 years of experience in quality management control systems preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.
   
3. Strong understanding of quality management principles methodologies and tools.
   
4. Experience in conducting audits root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
   
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisionmaking.
   
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with quality management software is an advantage.
   
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
   
8. Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
