Some of the things you will be working on:

    • Build lead and mentor a quality engineering team to ensure high performance and delivery of quality software solutions.
    • Manage team resources effectively including hiring onboarding and professional development of team members.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies that ensure the delivery of highquality software.
    • Influence and improve testing practices across multiple projects and teams focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Innovate and apply domain expertise to enhance testing methodologies and tools.
    • Propose and implement new testing approaches and improvements to existing automation systems.

    We believe you bring:

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Engineering roles such as QA Engineer Software Engineer in Test or SDET with a demonstrated success in people management test strategy development and execution.
    • A couple of years of practical experience managing a diverse engineering team within a quality assurance context.
    • Proficiency in at least one objectoriented programming language such as Python or Java coupled with solid experience in test automation development using common frameworks
    • Strong understanding of QA processes quality management tools and methodologies coupled with experience in testing largescale applications across mobile web and desktop platforms.
    • Deep understanding of modern web and mobile application architectures and cloud platforms.
    • Strong communication abilities capable of effectively engaging with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Experience collaborating with offshore teams and fostering cooperation across various geographical locations.
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.

    Our hiring process:

    1. We do look at your resume when some kind of experience is required but and then conduct a short phone call where we ensure that our goals are aligned. In addition find out a little bit more about who you are and why you are interested in this position.

    2. We send out our technical test focusing on how you approach the work.

    3. Indepth interview with one or two of our stake holders could be a team member for example to get to know each other even better. At this stage we deep dive into the technical test that you have done.

    4. Second interview with the hiring manager and our recruitment specialist focusing even more on who you are and also what you know.

    5. We may need to arrange a third interview depending on the outcomes of the previous rounds.
