Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineerto join our Companyin the Pico Rivera area of Los Angeles. As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing quality control processes conducting audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality and has a strong background in the Mfg.industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to establish quality goals and objectives
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement
• Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Provide training and support to employees on quality control processes and procedures
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in quality
• Prepare and present reports on quality performance to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of 2years of experience in quality in a Manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
• Experience with conducting audits and implementing corrective actions
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
