Job Responsibilities
Responsible for Evaluating & Designing Quality Parameters
- Understanding Product / Production Processes
- Evaluate Market Standards & Customer expectation of Quality
- Assess Quality Benchmarks & Parameters (Spares/ Product/ Process)
Responsible for Developing Quality Process for Production
- Set Quality standards at each stage (Purchase / Production / Packing)
- Set Quality Measurement Parameters for Products
- Develop Testing Procedures & Test Report for each product
Responsible for Testing Quality / performance of product
- Doing consistent checking of Product at all stages of production
- Doing final checking of finished productgetting the product performance checkedinform concerned people about identified gaps, give expected & realistic solution
- Check with purchase/ stores to verify Material quality as per
Responsible for Training and guidance on Quality standards
- Develop Training process for product quality management in production
- Impart quality standards training to all stakeholders
- monitor peoples commitment to quality at all levels
