Quality Control Compliance Inspector - Full Time

Riggins Company located in Hampton VA is known for its exceptional work in custom steel fabrication. We are currently seeking a Quality Control Compliance Inspector to join our team. This position requires performance of audits up to and including preship inspections to ensure effectiveness of Riggins Companys quality program.

Description:

• Perform regular audits of internal processes across multiple departments.
• Perform receipt inspection of complex machined components.
• Perform preship inspection of all projects.
• Maintain accurate and detailoriented documentation of all activities.
• Provide reports on monthly or quarterly basis.
• Generate software packages for all outbound shipments.
• Work as a team player using tact and diplomacy while dealing with others.
• This is a scalable position depending on your years of experience and depth of qualifications.

Requirements:

• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills while multitasking in a highpressure position.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Computer skills for Microsoft Excel and ADOBE Acrobat.
• Ability to work OT and weekends as required.
