- Monitoring the manufacturing, cooking, sealing and packing processes.
- Supervising and following up on the tests applied in all areas of the factory.
- Participate in the modification and modernization of quality - environmental - industrial and food safety systems and ensure their application.
- Issuing and following up on quality control reports.
- Follow up on internal and external audits.
- Inspection and clearance of raw materials and finished products, application of quality systems in the factory in food safety
