This is a remote position.

Elite Assistants LLC is currently seeking to hire 5 agents for a Quality Assurance Specialist.


As a quality assurance agent you will make calls to various companies as a mystery shopper to assess the performance of the customer service department.


You provide feedback via a detailed form that we present to our clients to allow them to make any necessary improvements. Your opinion matters!


Its that simple! We provide the client; you make the call!


You will set your own schedule so you can work anytime that fits YOUR schedule.


Responsibilities:


  • Complete a test call
  • Call all companies provided via assigned lists
  • Evaluate the level of customer service provided by answering representatives
  • Document detailed information of overall experience
  • Complete review submission form before the required deadline
  • Ensure the form is free of errors and misinformation




YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF US RESIDENCY

Technical Requirements


  • Active Phone line (landline mobile or both)
  • Mobile Device capable of downloading applications
  • Valid email address

Mut provide proof of US residency Requirements: * Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related * Moderate level of computer knowledge * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher * Must be self-directed and self-motivated * Strong listening skills * Accuracy * Efficiency * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical Requirements Windows 10 or above Minimum 2 GB RAM CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor (or equivalent) Resolution of 1,280 x 720 (720p) or greater Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher. **Mac and Apple based systems will not work with our programs and platforms.
