As the Quality Engineering Manager you will responsible for leading a team of Quality Assurance Engineers responsible for the testing of our clients cuttingedge wagering technology platform.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies Previous experience managing a team of quality testers Experience working with Agile teams, developers, product teams..etc Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams 5+ years of experience in functional testing Strong experience in web, iOS and Android native app testing Able to develop and maintaining manual test cases and plans time effectively Solid experience in regression, release, exploratory and PVT Experience in JIRA and defect tracking Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines Startup experience Sports, Wagering experience is a bonus
Requirements
- Recruit manage and support a team of QA testers
- Lead and manage performance expectations of the team
- Own the creation and strategy on regression test plans
- Work across squads to inject testing earlier into the software development process.
- Proactive collaboration with product and engineering at project kickoffs to define regression test scope and efforts
- Ensure regression tests are run before each release.
- PVT is completed on time after every release
- Execution of regression test plans across web and mobile applications
- Meet strict deadline on regression testing plans
- Involved in recruitment of additional QA testers
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent
