Quality Assurance Engineer

Workr is seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our workforce solutions platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance a keen eye for identifying defects and inconsistencies and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Tasks

• Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our workforce solutions platform.
• Conduct functional regression and integration testing to identify defects inconsistencies and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with software developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Document and track defects issues and enhancements using bug tracking systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and work closely with the development team to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies tools and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium Appium or similar is a plus.
• Proficiency in writing clear concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus.
