Quality Assurance Assistant Supervisor

Job Description

• Perform inspection of all incoming raw materials and packaging materials

• conduct in line inspection from ingredients preparation to finished products

• Perform finished product analysis and testing

• Conduct audits on all areas of the process

• Prepare report for each assigned task

• Conduct batch test prior to the usage of materials at production

• Performs all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Assists in the supervision of Main and Toll Manufacturing plants

• Review reports confer with quality assurance and interfacing departments to solve work related problems.

• Assists in the supervision and coordination activities of QA engaged in the verification of inprocess products product validation and applying knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures

• Approves the release of incoming materials inprocess products and finished products for distribution.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Food Technology

• With advanced working knowledge in baking and science technology

• With at least 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance

• Proficient and highly knowledgeable in microbial analysis or laboratory analysis

• Can handle pressure and can perform multitasking

• Knowledgeable in ISO Audit and HACCP Certification

• With people management skills
