Quality Analyst with Strong Healthcare Claims Knowledge

Number of Positions: 1 (1 Onsite 6 Years of experience)

Primary Responsibilities:

Partner with Developers System Analysts Business Analysts Delivery Owners Product Owners Business SMEs and Quality Engineers to develop a robust Systems Integration test plan in an DevOps agile development environment

Developing test strategy test scenarios QA project plan coordinating test data setup environment readiness test execution and issue resolution

System/Integration test REST APIs User interface Database reporting ETL/Batch application components Explore new software tools and capabilities to perform System integration testing to supports continuous delivery/DevOps agenda
Participate and provide input in system analysis design walkthroughs and code reviews come up with innovative ideas/suggestions to resolve complex systems integration issues/defects and presents results to the project teams Business/IT leaders to help with GoNo Go decisions comply with standards of the software development life cycle DevOps and continuous delivery process. Meet or exceed all defined target test goals and milestone dates for the project to ensure its overall success

Previous HealthCare Experience is MUST

• Works with claims domain with multiple applications.
• Serves as a team members to others
• Create and execute detail test plans for system integration test defect reporting and retest and matrix reporting for all projects.
• Client and Business team interactions during walkthroughs defect triage and Integration
• Database testing and proficient in building complex queries to fetch the data for system integration testing validation.
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract company policies and procedures and any and all directives (such as but not limited to transfer and/or reassignment to different work locations change in teams and/or work shifts policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment alternative work arrangements and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience as Quality engineer/Analyst in healthcare domain
• Proven experience with defect tracking applications and reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of quality assurance principles techniques and tools
• Proven solid data testing SQL database query tools
• Proven ability to create design and execute comprehensive tests plans
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automation experience in any automated tool
• Proven solid oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels internally and externally
• Proven ability to possess a positive qualityoriented reliable and flexible attitude
