QC Analyst- 14750

Job Summary:1. The role is 100% remote and involves supporting the ThirdParty Risk Office under the Quality Management team.
2. The QC Analyst will be responsible for validating third party risk assessments across the ThirdParty Risk Management Lifecycle.
3. Tasks include reviewing and challenging Inherent Risk Questionnaire (IRQ) responses and validating Due Diligence Assessments.
4. The role involves compiling QA/QC metrics for reporting to leadership and adhering to & maintaining supporting QA/QC documentation.
5. The QC Analyst will perform QA and QC reviews to assess information related to the incoming thirdparty product/service and assess Vendor Risk Assessment (VRA) responses.
6. Responsibilities also include making decisions on QA/QC risk items and escalating and reporting on material QA/QC risk elements.
7. The role requires working in collaboration with crossfunctional teams to address QA/QC observations.
8. The QC Analyst will perform QA reviews of the Due Diligence assessment to identify potential errors and confirm the overall u2018Control Effectiveness Ratingu2019 within the assessment.
9. The role also involves collecting and tracking significant data metrics related to QA & QC reviews and reporting these metrics to leadership.
10. The QC Analyst will compile relevant findings to provide recommendations for best practices or additional training needs as well as ThirdParty Risk Management process improvements.
11. Other QA/QC activities may include accuracy or completeness checks.
