QAQC Manager

Requirements:

• Must have 5 years of direct QA/QC Manager experience working on apartments hospitals libraries schools and/or universities in the DMV area ranging 20M in size
• Must have experience using Timberline (Sage 300 for Construction and Real Estate)
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Possess an optimistic and positive attitude must be able to succeed in a deadlinedriven environment
• Ability to effectively prioritize organize and complete assigned work
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels both internal and external
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
