Job description:
- Conduct project execution in a global delivery model team management for delivery of projects using various methodologies (AGILE SCRUM).
- Strong Experience in Manual Testing and need to have experience working in Life Insurance domain.
- Good knowledge on BDD and Selenium Automation.
- Perform feasibility analysis & estimations using various estimation techniques.
- Responsible to develop test strategy and test plan for enterprise level to implement various technical initiatives like automation functional integration & regression testing test and defect management.
- Detailed knowledge of defect tracking systems STLC and SDLC.
- Create work plans monitor & track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
- Review the test deliverables & ensure delivery of the project tasks as per the test plan.
- Knowledge of QA process metrics to measure and improve the quality of the processes.
- Strong attention to detail with respect to documentation and communication.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
