QA Lead Code VMCQAL

This is a remote position.

• Gain a thorough understanding of each of our product suites; mostly webbased SaaS
  
• Collaborate with dev teams to ensure all features are tested extensively before release
  
• Design and implement test plans communicate with dev teams and track defects
  
• Propose bestpractice testing methodologies as we expand QA team
  
• Implement new processes toolsets and automation
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of experience suggested
  
• Fully remote position but you must be able to work at least 4 hours in US time zones
  
• We are not able to sponsor visas
  
• Extensive experience testing web apps:
  

• gather requirements
  
• create basic test plans (i.e. strategy entry/exit criteria cases etc)
  
• execute test cases under different conditions
  
• detect log report and track issues and defects in JIRA
  
• excellent communication and interaction with dev teams
  

• Knowledge with Linux and its variants
  
• Understanding of security (i.e. URL manipulation session hijacking injection XSS)
  
• Familiarity with test automation and tools (i.e. puppeteer Selenium)
  
• Working knowledge of scripting languages databases and SQL
  
• Basic understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle
  
• Genuine curiosity and excellent problemsolving and documentation skills
  
• Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  
• Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  
• Must be able to work during US business hours
