About the Client:
The Talentpay Group provides services and technology to digitalise performer contracting enabling easy secure access to curated usage rights and associated workflows. Established in Australia in 2005 the Talentpay Group has three brands: Talentpay PURMSec and Yaplat.
Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified QA Engineer to play a critical role in supporting our SaaS solutions. This is a varied and dynamic role that includes manual testing functional test automation and performance testing for the cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Defect identification reporting and retesting
- Design implement and maintain robust automated functional tests
- Design implement and execute performance tests
- Scoping and estimation of QA effort for proposed changes
- QA process improvement initiatives as required
- Documentation of QA artifacts as required
Requirements
Essential Tech skills
- HTTP HTML CSS
- JavaScript Typescript and Node.js
- Object Oriented Programming
- Git
Essentials
- 2 years industry experience in a similar role
- Sound understanding of SDLC
- Experience in agile software development teams
- Experience developing maintaining and executing automated functional tests
- Experience testing cloud SaaS solutions
- Experience with SQL or Azure SQL databases
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Analytical with strong problemsolving skills
- Able to work collaboratively across multiple teams and autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 5:30AM4:30PM
