They have a global team and are currently interested in hiring someone based in Colombia Mexico Brazil Spain or Ecuador.

Were on the lookout for a QA Engineer with an exceptional eye for detail and a steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards for IT products. As a vital member of our team youll dive deep into our software collaborating closely with our Custom Fields team engineers to uphold product excellence and reliability. While your primary responsibility revolves around rigorous testing and validation of features your impact extends far beyond ensuring functionality.

Responsibilities:

Delve into our array of products becoming an inhouse IT software solutions expert. Influence the trajectory of MSPs and IT teams by understanding user needs scrutinizing product usability and providing invaluable feedback to shape the future.

Conduct thorough software testing spotting any inconsistencies and troubleshooting to ensure flawless feature releases. Craft and uphold meticulous software test plans ensuring compliance across all platforms.

Following rigorous testing compile comprehensive reports on software quality and functionality. Ensure all defects and issues are clearly documented for swift resolution by development teams.

Proactively propose improvements to current testing methodologies tools and processes to refine our QA practices continually.

Engage actively with product managers developers and stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle. Maintain quality standards at every stage through seamless collaboration.

Musthave Requirements:

3 years of experience in UI/UX design testing crossbrowser testing content functional and accessibility testing as well as proficiency (3 years) in using development tools and other browser resources for testing.

Experience in pivotal roles such as Technical IT Support Product Support or Systems Engineering is indispensable.

Proficiency with Windows as well as either MacOS or Linux is mandatory.

Having experience in setting up and configuring VMs with a specific focus on ESXi and HyperV will provide a significant advantage.

Exceptional communication skills in Englishare essential.

Nice to have Requirements:

Having a bachelors degree in technology is a clear asset but its not mandatory.

Experience with Automation Testing is considered a plus.
