QA Engineer Digital Transformation Project

We are seeking a talented and detailoriented QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to design develop execute and maintain effective test strategies and plans. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and designers to identify and report software defects and ensure that our applications meet highquality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts to validate software functionality performance and usability.
   
2. Identify isolate and report software defects and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
   
3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
   
4. Participate in design and code reviews providing valuable insights from a quality assurance perspective.
   
5. Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases and verify that resolved issues do not introduce new problems perform retesting to verify reported bugs.
   
6. Continuously improve testing processes methodologies and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
   
7. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.
   
8. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and tools.
   
9. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize and manage testing activities based on project timelines and goals.
   
10. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation related to test plans test cases and test reports.
    

Requirements

1. Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
   
2. Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role preferably in software development or SaaS environments.
   
3. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies tools and processes.
   
4. Experience in Selenium JMeter Jenkins Docker Linux K8S is an advantage.
   
5. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools is a plus.
   
6. Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
   
7. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
   
8. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
   
9. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with the capacity to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
