ROLE EXPECTATIONS
We need only those team members who are passionate about delivering high quality output extremely strong drive to learn and who continuously engage in experimentation improvement proof of concepts & take their assignments to completion within the stipulated time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and specifications.
- Create and execute test plans test cases and test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Defect documentation and having oversight over defect lifecycle.
- Participate in the design and implementation of automated test suit.
- Provide detailed and clear bug reports to the development team.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Stay d on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
SKILLS ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE
- Solid understanding of SDLC and corresponding QA activities
- Good practical knowledge of test management and reporting tools preferably Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to be decisive and detailoriented
- Ability to function with minimal oversight and work under pressure
- Willing to learn and implement test automation frameworks
- Understanding of any ObjectOriented Language preferably Java
- Understanding of API and familiarity with Postman
Education/Experience
WORK EXPERIENCE
6 months 1 year of experience in software testing
BE B.Tech. Or MCA/MS (Computer Science / IT) from reputed institute
