As they continue to expand their operations they are seeking a talented and detailoriented QA Tester to join their quality assurance team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the reliability and performance of their software products contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning and Strategy:
   

   • Collaborate with project managers developers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
     
   • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies outlining the testing scope resources schedule and deliverables.
     

2. Test Case Design and Execution:
   

   • Create detailed wellstructured test cases based on project requirements and design specifications.
     
   • Execute test cases to ensure the functionality usability and performance of software applications.
     
   • Conduct regression testing to identify and address potential issues introduced during development or updates.
     

3. Defect Reporting and Tracking:
   

   • Identify document and track software defects using established defect tracking tools.
     
   • Work closely with development teams to investigate prioritize and facilitate the resolution of identified issues.
     

4. Automated Testing:
   

   • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
     
   • Execute automated test suites and analyze results contributing to the continuous improvement of automated testing processes.
     

5. Collaboration and Communication:
   

   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements and testing objectives.
     
   • Provide clear and concise status reports including test progress issues and risk assessments to project stakeholders.
     

6. Quality Advocacy:
   

   • Act as a quality advocate promoting best practices in testing and quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle.
     
   • Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
     

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role with a focus on software testing.
  
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies testing types and testing levels.
  
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG).
  
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
  
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
