Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining enhancing & supporting for various applications under Insurance/ Financial domain
- Discuss with Business and get the requirements
- Create design documents
- Write effective scalable code
- Develop backend components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
- Integrate userfacing elements into applications
- Test and debug programs
- Implement security and data protection solutions
- Assess and prioritize feature requests
Requirements
- Work experience as a Python Developer
- Should be proficient in Japanese N2 and above/ English Business Level
- Expertise in Python framework
- Knowledge of objectrelational mapping (ORM)
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)
- Good problemsolving skills
- Be able to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform well in a high pressure timesensitive environment
