Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a skilled Python Developer to join their team. With over 20 product families the client focuses on Customer Experience Digital Solutions Secure DevOps and Security and Automation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Manager architect and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Develop user stories as per requirements.
• Thoroughly unit test user stories to avoid rework.
• Follow coding guidelines for better maintainability.
• Display a zeal for learning and upskilling as needed.

Skillset Required:

• Serverside programming with Python.
• 8 years of experience with a Python web framework like Django or Flask.
• Deep knowledge of multiprocess architecture projects in the cloud and Pythons threading limits.
• Experience with ORM (ObjectRelational Mapping) libraries.
• Eventdriven programming in Python.
• Design and build RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in using Python for data analysis and data science.
• Understanding of database technologies including SQL (MySQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB Couchbase) databases.
• Awareness of security issues and best practices like OAuth and JWT.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS Google Cloud Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Design scalable distributed systems.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) principles and methods.
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.
• Experience with Agile methodology.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with container technologies preferably Kubernetes and Docker. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is a plus.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment principles and methodologies.
