Python Developer

Job Description:

• Overall 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and operationalizing backend systems through any hobbyist, academic, and/or professional projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python including experience building and deploying packages.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies such as object-oriented programming, test-driven development, and distributed systems design.
• Experience with Git version control with knowledge of merge strategies and different workflows such as GitFlow and Trunk-based development.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies, data modeling best practices, and query languages.
• Experience with designing serverless backend solutions built with AWS.
• Experience with designing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with machine learning methodologies, tooling, and frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with team members.
• Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with implementing and deploying well-designing APIs and serverless backend solutions built with AWS for public use.
• Understanding of serverless best practices and AWS's Well-Architected Framework.
• Experience working with data warehousing and data lake technologies.
• Experience working within an agile environment.
