Our client is a U.S. startup developing an AIdriven solution that automates the creation of performance reviews and status reports streamlining workplace documentation and evaluation processes. This platform reduces the time spent on administrative tasks enabling a sharper focus on strategic goals.

Role Expectations and Qualifications

You are a Senior Backend developer with expertise in Python and a deep understanding of DevOps practices.

You require little supervision can clone the codebase set up the product environment on a local machine rigorously test the product to identify bugs performance bottlenecks security flaws and so forth and then apply your skills to resolve these issues.

• Web Development and API: Flask and FlaskRestful
• Containerization: Docker and Docker Compose
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or Pulumi or equivalent
• Configuration management: Ansible or equivalent
• Cloud Computing and Automation: AWS Automation
• Security and Authentication protocols: OAuth JWT.
• Data processing and Messaging: Redis Kafka or equivalent
• Server Management and Application Deployment: Apache and WSGI
• Database Management: Postgres and psycopg2
• Good oral and written English communication skills
