Job Description :
Purchasing assistants help purchasers or managers to complete inventory checks, fill out and proofread order forms, and conduct market research. They also sit in on meetings with vendors and ensure all goods are checked and delivered on time.
Responsibilities :
1. Organizing trips to merchandising events and making travel arrangements as required.
2. Attending meetings with vendors and taking minutes
3. Placing and tracking orders.
Qualification :
1. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree or B.Sc
2. In-depth knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory and supply management systems.
