As our Purchasing Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the procurement and crypto inventory management functions of our company and our clients rewards program.

What youll be doing:
Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Collaborate with various departments to identify their procurement needs
Research potential vendors and obtain quotes for goods and services
Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with HR to maintain adequate stock levels towards our client rewards program
Track payments and communicate with vendors and personnel to resolve any issues
Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and delivery information

What you need to flourish:
Proven experience as a Purchasing Assistant or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detailoriented and highly accurate in data entry and record keeping

Compensation: $11620 Monthly Salary for this role is commensurate with prior experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
