We are seeking a dedicated Pulmonology Nurse Practitioner to become part of our esteemed team in CrotonOnHudson NY.
If you possess an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional patient care we would love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities will include but not limit to:
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Valid NP license in the state of NY
- Valid DEA
- Enrolled in medicare
- At least 1 year experience in pulmonary
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Good bedside manner
Schedule:
- 1 day per week
