Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Working as a member of the team in delivering the agencys client PR Portfolio
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements
• Acting as daytoday client lead
• Generating ideas and spotting opportunities for clients
• Developing detailed knowledge and understanding of client businesses sectors and the media
• Bringing in new business
• Maintaining a strong network of media contact and engaging in regular proactive and reactive conversations to generate quality press coverage
• Writing media pitches press releases and newsletters
• Monitoring the media including online and offline outlets broadcast journalist request platforms and social media to assess opportunities for the agency client portfolio
• Liaising with clients and developing buyback opportunities
• Contributing to the strategic planning of client work and working hard to develop strategic thinking.
• Overseeing and delivering planned work ensuring deadlines are met and KPIs are achieved and reported.

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 year PR agency experience
• A passion for PR and marketing with ambition and drive
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and easily adaptable.
• Excellent organisation abilities to manage clients and projects
• Solid industry knowledge and adeptness in copywriting.
• Strong project management skills.
