Manage the day to day volumes by ensuring PTP deliverables in terms of invoices/tickets/reports processed
on time and vendors paid/requests actioned on time are met
Deliver operational SLAs and KPIs
Effective Query management and on time resolution
Should be able to work independently without much followups
Should be able to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders. Performing Root Cause analysis for
recurring or high severity issues
Implementing corrective action and preventive action for recurring process related issues
Help the team in identifying process excellence and process efficiency opportunities within the team
Ensure daily MICS and SOX compliance during day to day transactions
on time and vendors paid/requests actioned on time are met
