Assignment Start Date: 4/29/2024

13 weeks Varied 8or10hour shift 40 hours with 35 hours guaranteed weekly

Contract PTA to support growing department

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• SNF Experience preferred

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Must have a current and unencumbered License to practice as a PTA in the State of IL
