Physical Therapist Performs evaluations and develops effective resident treatment plans to restore maintain or prevent decline of resident function by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal state and professional standards governing the facility. REQUIREMENTS: New program starting in PAIN MANAGEMENT WITH INCREASED PATIENTS TO COME INTO THE DOOR AT OUTPATIENTS AND SOME INPATIENTS it requires one of my RPTs full time attention reducing time with inpatients in the facility that has therapy needs for evaluations and therapist notes
