Job Description:
Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Medical Director to join our team. As the Psychiatric Medical Director you will provide leadership and direction in the delivery of psychiatric services within our organization. You will work closely with the management team clinicians and staff to ensure the highest level of care for our patients. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the mental health and wellbeing of our community.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Active and unrestricted medical license
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in psychiatric practice
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a psychiatric team
- Deep knowledge of psychiatric best practices and treatment modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
