Tasks
will coordinate maintenance services for about 40 homes for disabled residents on the west side of Cleveland
will perform needed repairs minor plumbing electrical carpentry appliance repair painting and minor HVAC repair
will work outside contractors and coordinate repairs major items
inspect document properties for preventative maintenance
Requirements
3 years basic trades residential/commercial properties
basic math and good communication skills
used software for work orders
