Property Accountability Subject Matter Expert

Prime Response Inc. (PRI) is seeking a fulltime Property Accountability Subject Matter Expert with proven experience with not only handson property accountability but policy development implementation and training to support a longterm Federal customer in Alexandria VA.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Property Accountability of government assets
  
• Property Accountability for grants or contracts. For example sending equipment out on loan to a grantee and/or tracking GFE
  

• Our Federal customer works with grant funds to buy equipment or they come with equipment and we must track these assets
  

• Property Accountability policy development
  
• Property Accountability policy implementation
  
• Ability to interpret Federal policy about property accountability and implement standard operating procedures in accordance with said policies
  
• Property Accountability data analysis and data integrity
  
• Property Accountability training documentation development and training of those policies and procedures to Equipment Custodians Federal employees and government contractors
  
• Ability to create written communications briefings and presentations
  
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data for presentation to decision makers
  
• SOP development and implementation
  

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years experience with DOD or civilian federal agency property accountability equipment control etc.
  
• Project Management/Program Management Experience preferred
  
• Experience with Federal Personal Property System
  
• Experience with ARCHIBUS and/or ServiceNow a plus
  
• Must be handson with not only policy development but also training and implementation
  

• May be developing policy one day and training end users on property accountability the next
  

• Change Management experience to help train and change the culture on industry standards for Property Accountability
  
• Property Accountability and related certifications from federal agencies preferred
  
• Knowledgeable about federal regulations

• Strong Customer Service skills ensuring customers are satisfied with PRI performance and work products to meet the standards of performance and professionalism of all highprofile customers
