• Anticipated fulltime base annual salary in New York City Denver Los Angeles and San Francisco markets: $365000$435000
  
• Salary range reflects our goodfaith estimate subject to market variations in other locations

Requirements

• Seeking a lawyer with 5 to 8 years of Project Finance experience
  
• Strong competency in drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation required
  
• Experience in reviewing project documentation preferred but not mandatory
  
• Collaborative work within our global team tackling innovative and challenging projects worldwide
