Project Program Management Specialist Advisor Remote

This is a remote position.

This role focuses on utilizing various project management methodologies to effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives in the realm of Finance Technology. The candidate will be adept in Agile (including SCRUM and Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies and will take charge of organizing project activities leading workshops and gathering business requirements. A key aspect of this role involves engaging with business stakeholders to understand priorities and facilitate Agile meetings. The position also includes producing essential project documentation and supporting testing schedules. An indepth experience with JIRA Service Now and other Project Management Tools is essential along with a strong capacity for independent work and team collaboration.

Requirements

Proficient in Project Management methodologies: Agile (SCRUM Kanban) and Waterfall.
Capable of managing multiple projects including planning and scheduling.
Financial acumen and experience with Finance Technology tools like Hyperion Oracle SAP Anaplan.

Ability to produce various project documentation for Agile and nonAgile initiatives.
Skilled in organizing and leading workshops and business requirement sessions.
Experience in engaging with business stakeholders and understanding business needs.
Competency in facilitating crossfunctional Agile meetings and sprint planning.
Experience in supporting testing schedules (Regression System UAT).
Agile expertise particularly in product backlog management and collaboration with team members.

Compliance with BSC requirements for processes and documentation.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA Service Now and other Project Management tools.
Ability to independently drive results and work effectively in a team.
Experienced in leading Agile transformations at scale.
