- Grasp knowledge of current municipal processes and workflow.
- Identify, design, and deliver key staff capacities development interventions relevant to project needs.
- Identify current IT infrastructure, data, and GIS systems.
- Support the municipality in assigning the needed servers and IT equipment for the project as well as the installation of needed software needed for the project implementation.
- Deliver on the job training in order to execute project specific activities.
- Support the technical team in the execution of project activities.
- Support the municipality in cleaning up and integrating existing data into a systematic agreed upon approach.
