Project Officer Construction Management - Philippine Based Role

About the Role

A leading developer in the Philippines is seeking a detailoriented and resultsdriven Project Officer to join their growing construction team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing a designated construction project ensuring its successful completion on time within budget and according to project specifications. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the assigned construction project from start to finish for a leading developer.
  
• Manage project schedules budgets and resources to ensure ontime and withinbudget completion.
  
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
  
• Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
  
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders including internal teams contractors and subcontractors.
  
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols at the construction site.
  
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality construction.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field (minimum)
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management (or relevant field)
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  
• Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  
• Working knowledge of construction methods and materials
  
• A valid Philippine drivers license (preferred)
