Join our dynamic team in a pivotal role as we embark on a transformative project to transition our traditional bank account infrastructure into a virtual setup. The initiative also involves the implementation of an inhouse Treasury Payments solution and cuttingedge allocation tools to streamline and automate the cash allocation process endtoend.

Responsibilities:
As the Treasury Project Manager you will lead the rollout from the treasury side acting as the primary interface for all rolloutrelated matters with Accounting Shared Services and IT.

Your responsibilities include:
Develop a comprehensive rollout strategy for each entity in coordination with the Cash Management & Payments team (Treasury) as well as other stakeholders (Accounting/Shared Services).

Coordination of New Bank Accounts: Oversee the smooth rollout of new virtual bank accounts ensuring alignment with the defined approach.

Customer Communication Support: Assist in crafting effective communication including mass mailings to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.

Progress Tracking and Troubleshooting: Monitor project progress and address any challenges leveraging support from the inhouse Treasury Payment solution to ensure a seamless implementation.

Regular Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and Head of Cash Management & Payments at Client Corporate Finance Treasury keeping them informed of milestones and challenges.

Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in project management with a track record of successful implementations.

Office Tools: Proficient in utilizing a variety of office tools to facilitate efficient project coordination and communication.

Financial Background: A background in finance is beneficial providing you with a solid understanding of financial processes and requirements.

StakeholderOriented Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Strong on Delivery: Proven ability to drive results ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
