Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with expertise in Supply Chain Management to oversee and lead various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects optimizing supply chain processes and driving efficiency and costeffectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage crossfunctional projects related to supply chain optimization including but not limited to inventory management procurement logistics and distribution.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and initiatives aimed at improving supply chain efficiency reducing costs and enhancing overall performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including procurement logistics operations and finance teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on project objectives and deliverables.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity of operations.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of supply chain processes and projects regularly monitor progress and make datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets track expenses and ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints while maximizing ROI.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance mentorship and support to project teams fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous learning.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in supply chain management and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
