Job Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing TV and production projects ensuring their successful completion within scope budget and schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the TV or production industry with proven experience in delivering highquality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate resources including personnel equipment and facilities to support project objectives.
Monitor project progress identify potential risks and issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries providing updates and managing expectations.
Foster positive relationships with clients and external partners to enhance collaboration and satisfaction.
Ensure that client feedback and requirements are incorporated into project deliverables.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and motivate project teams providing guidance direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members departments and stakeholders.
Encourage a culture of innovation continuous improvement and excellence in project execution.
Quality Assurance and Performance Management:
Conduct regular quality checks and reviews to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and client expectations.
Monitor project performance metrics such as budget variance timeline adherence and resource utilization and take proactive measures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Film Television Production Project Management or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within the TV or production industry with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies tools and techniques.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Film, Television Production, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience in project management within the TV or production industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
