Job Description Project Quality Control Manager at Mohawk Northeast Inc
Location: Plantsville Connecticut (No remote option)
Salary: Based on experience
Oversee project stages to ensure financial and quality objectives are met.
Manage field operations work sequences and coordination with Project Manager.
Review project plans job costs staffing needs and resource allocation.
Lead project meetings develop strategies and manage subcontractor relations.
Ensure project safety quality and compliance with industry standards.
Handle project documentation including quality control reports submittals and RFI processes.
Lead project closeout including punch lists commissioning and system turnovers.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
8 years in heavy civil construction management marine construction experience a plus.
Proficient in technical drawing planning and reporting systems.
Strong understanding of construction practices project management and budgeting.
Effective communicator and leader skilled in interpersonal relations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office HCSS HeavyJob P6 SmartBuild (preferred).
US Citizen with a valid driver s license.
