Job Summary:

A client of ours in Atlanta GA is looking for a Project Manager/ Program Manager for a Contract on W2 opportunity.

Mandatory Skills & Areas:

7 years IT experience

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Project management experience in latest AI& ML related and HR related projects

Domain Experience (If any ) Good to have healthcare experience

Description:

Project Manager/ Program Manager client is looking for a Project/ program Manager to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in US.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent background on Front end and backend development technologies.

The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.

Responsibilities:

Typical daytoday program management activities include:

Planning and monitoring program execution.

Project coordination and managing project interdependencies.

Creating and managing a budget.

Crossproject resource management.

Identifying and addressing problems and risks.

Program documentation.

Stakeholder communications negotiations and problemsolving.

Aligning or realigning deliverables with program outcomes.

Candidates with strong Business Analysis experience with customer management skill can also be considered.

Building your portfolio to include numerous successful programs that youve designed supervised and championed to completion.

Taking on additional responsibility and executing it well to better stand out from your colleagues.

Continuing your education through advanced degrees certifications and industry training or conferences.

Mentoring junior project or program managers and expanding your project management team.

Sales process

Product launch

Facility or store opening

Marketing plan

Employee or customer training

Experience in Agile tools is preferred. (JIRA Confluence Agile Craft)

Requirements:

7 years IT experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or knowledge of and proficiency in project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple releases in a time sensitive environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Project management experience in latest AI& ML related and HR related projects are added advantage.

Qualifications:

Experience level: Experienced

Minimum 10 years of Project Manager/ Program Manager Experience.

Education: Bachelors (required)
