Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required 4 years overall years of experience in client facing roles.
Degrees or certifications required No degree or certification is required to be eligible for this role.
Disqualifiers There are no specific items that would stand out as an automatic disqualifier on a resume.
Best vs. Average The ideal resume would have data analyst experience software asset management experience Candidates with prior experience in IT service operations are preferred and Superb written communication skills with demonstrated fluency in English. Certifications as software asset management is a great plus!
Performance Indicators Performance will be assessed based on the ability to demonstrate initiative to problem solve and bring forward solutions meeting deadlines quality of work depth of compression of proposal ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders time management and technical capabilities: knowledge and expertise.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM)
Minimum 2 years of experience administering software licensing contracts
Minimum 1 years of experience in data analysis performing SQL queries and creating Power BI dashboards
Proficient with creating and maintaining SharePoint sites

Hard skills assessments will be completed after March 28th.
There will be 1 round per candidate and nothing is needed to be prepared prior to the call.

Summary:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Partner with the Software Licensing Service team Procurement and business groups across Microsoft to reduce costs and risk by executing software licensing consolidation projects
Drawing on best practices and the candidates software asset management experience define and execute best in class software licensing operations and deliver executivelevel reporting on project implementation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM)
2 years of experience administering software licensing contracts
1 years of experience in data analysis performing SQL queries and creating Power BI dashboards
Proficient with creating and maintaining SharePoint sites
Candidates with prior experience in IT service operations are preferred
Superb written communication skills with demonstrated fluency in English

2 years of experience using SAM solutions preferably ServiceNow to manage all aspects of an enterpriselevel Software Asset Management service
Understanding and application of the ISO 19770 standards and Software Asset Management best practices
